  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees if a replacement or repair is needed.

  • Please handle your keepsake carefully — resin is durable but not unbreakable.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Because each keepsake is custom-made and often contains personal mementos, I cannot accept returns or exchanges once your order has been created.

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and I will make it right (repair, replacement, or adjustment).
